Participants scan a QR code or check in with our team. We can collect the information needed to identify each attendee and privately deliver their images.
2. Step In Front of the Camera
Each participant receives quick posing and expression guidance from a professional photographer. They don't need to know how to pose.
3. Review Their Images
Participants can view their photos at our on-site viewing station and select their preferred image based on the package chosen.
4. Receive Their Headshot
Final images can be professionally retouched and delivered through private galleries, or attendees can receive a polished image before leaving with our optional instant-delivery workflow.

How many people can you photograph per hour?
A typical headshot station can accommodate approximately 20–25 participants per hour per photographer. Actual capacity depends on the number of images, selection process and delivery workflow. Multiple photographers can be added for higher-volume events.
How much space does a headshot station require?
Approximately 10' × 15' is ideal for a traditional headshot setup, along with access to standard electrical power. We can review your floor plan or event space beforehand.
Can you photograph more than 100 people?
Yes. Large events can be staffed with multiple photographers and headshot stations based on expected participation and the available photography window.
Can participants receive their photos immediately?
Yes. Instant delivery is available for events where attendees need a polished image during or immediately after the event. Professionally retouched post-event delivery is also available.
Do attendees need to know how to pose?
No. Every participant receives expression and posing guidance during their session.
Can participants select their own headshot?
Yes. Our live viewing station allows participants to review their images and select their preferred photo.
